Creativity as a Spiritual Practice

Collage and creatively explore our innate ability to relocate our calm center when it seems to disappear.

At times, we can feel disheveled in the midst of chaotic world events. We all need a safe vehicle to support our relaxation and invite insights – to find meaning in the face of uncertainty. Come find your grounded center in this intuitive collage workshop. After privately acknowledging what has taken our peace – with a guided meditation and gentle self-tapping, together known as Emotional Freedom Technique – we will use what we find to inspire a collage, and creatively explore our innate ability to relocate our calm center when it seems to disappear. This workshop is an invitation to explore the nature of intuitive creativity, and it’s powers to transform and support. All materials will be provided. No experience is necessary, and no critiques are allowed.
